Beach Bliss is located in a prime location with easy access to Scenic Highway 30A's finest restaurants including Shunk Gulley's, Mimmo's 30a Ristorante Italiano, Goatfeathers, Perfect Pig, Pizza by the Sea, Local Catch, The Vue 30A, Stinky's, Red Bar, Blue Mountain Creamery - all within walking distance or a short drive away. Snapper Paradise is also just a short distance from Gulf Place which offers many restaurants and shops as well as Grayton Beach. The nearby Grayton Beach State Park offers hiking trails, camping facilities, and wildlife observation areas, allowing residents to explore and appreciate the area's unique ecosystem. From leisurely biking and walking trails that wind through picturesque scenery, to the thrill of exploring multiple beaches, there is an adventure to suit everyone.

Beach Access: Beach Bliss is just a short distance from several nearby public beach accesses. Snapper Street is a short 0.5 walk to Blue Mountain Regional Beach Access or guests can go down to Gulf Place and use Ed Walline Regional Beach Access. At this public beach, there are bathrooms, showers and during the season, lifeguards are present. This beach access has parking onsite (and additional street parking is available). • Our Clean Linen Promise - ALL linens, including comforters laundered upon every checkout.
• Wristbands are required to access resort amenities. If lost or missing, a $100 replacement fee per band will be charged to the guest.
• Golf Carts: The community allows golf carts, and there are designated golf cart parking spaces behind the pool, which include charging stations. Please note that golf carts cannot park in regular car parking spots. Golf cart passes are $50 for a week or less.
• VERY IMPORTANT - WE DO NOT ACCEPT WIRE TRANSFERS.
• No Pet's allowed - No Smoking * Minimum age 25 years old, No Street parking *No Parties
• No Rv's, Trailers, Boat's or Watercraft's allowed to be parked at the property.
• Guest must agree to sign 30A Rental Properties rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
• Surveillance device on exterior of home.
• NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed.
• Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.
• Rates, availability and minimum stay requirements are subject to change without notice.
• Notice of County Sound Ordinance - Prohibited act. It shall be unlawful and a violation of the section for a person to make, cause or permit if within his or her control the making or causing of any noise disturbance between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. that is plainly audible from within an occupied residence not the residence of the person making, causing or permitting the making or causing of the noise disturbance.
• We strongly encourage all of our guests to purchase travel protection insurance to protect against any unforeseen trip interruptions or you needing to cancel. No Refunds once cancellation period has pasted.
