Beach Access: Getting to the beach is a breeze.... just walk to the front of 30A like you are going towards Alys Beach and once you come up to the white Seacrest Beach Lifeguard chair you cross 30A and walk direct down the pathway about 100 yards and you are at the beach. A free shuttle will drive you to the beach entrance or you can take the short walk. Either way, everything is only a few minutes from your doorstep. This beach access is a private beach access for the guests who are staying in Seacrest and the Village of south Walton.

Travel Protection – We encourage all guests to purchase travel protection insurance to protect against unforeseen trip interruptions or cancellations. No refunds will be given once the applicable refund period has passed.

Parking Restrictions – Strict HOA Rule – No golf carts, LSVs, RVs, trailers, boats, or watercraft are permitted to be parked at the property.

Security Notice – This property is equipped with a Ring video doorbell monitoring the front entry for security purposes. No interior cameras are installed.
County Sound Ordinance – It is unlawful to make, cause, or permit a noise disturbance between the hours of 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM that is plainly audible from within another occupied residence.
