The first floor is home to the main living area with ample seating and brand new sofa's and chairs along with a large flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The first floor also boost a large kitchen and dinning area making it a breeze to cook up an amazing meal for everyone to enjoy.There is also a gas grill and beach toys and accessories right outside on the porch for your full use.The first floor offers a large bedroom with a King sized bed and just a few feet away right off of the kitchen there is a full size bathroom with a walk-in shower. The laundry room is located on the first floor for your convenience.

This property offers unbeatable location, you are walking distance to the Resort Style pool, Restaurants and Shops in Seacrest, Rosemary and Alys beach and just a 3-5 minute walk to the amazing Seacrest Beach access... or just take the free Seacrest Beach shuttle which will pick you up and take you directly to the beach access.

Notice: Golf Carts - The Seacrest Beach community has recently decided that guests will not be allowed to rent golf carts in the community. Please note that golf carts are not allowed in the community per the HOA.

Very Important: ( We encourage all our guests to purchase travel protection insurance to protect against any unforeseen trip interruptions or you needing to cancel. This is very important because once the cancelation period has pasted there will be no refunds given)

• VERY IMPORTANT - WE DO NOT ACCEPT WIRE TRANSFERS.
• No smoking - No pets allowed
• Ring door bell for security
• Minimum age of primary renter must be 25 and must stay on property for the entire length of stay. No Spring Breakers without Parents, this is strictly enforced.
• Saturday to Saturday - 7 night minimum rentals during peak/high season.
• No Rv's, Trailers, Boat's or Watercraft's allowed to be parked at the property - Due to HOA Rule.
• CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER 30A. We cannot be held responsible for construction near the home.
• If any of these polices are violated, you will be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to cleaning fines.

• Notice of County Sound Ordinance - Prohibited act. It shall be unlawful and a violation of the section for a person to make, cause or permit if within his or her control the making or causing of any noise disturbance between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. that is plainly audible from within an occupied residence not the residence of the person making, causing or permitting the making or causing of the noise disturbance.
